Pacific Standard Prime is a modern steakhouse with a California vibe serving seasonal and sustainable food in Redondo Beach, California.

The menu changes seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover. We're passionate about bringing you high-quality ingredients, many of them sourced from natural, organic, and sustainable ranches and farms.

Our wine list features many small, family-owned vintners. They bring a sense of pride to the wine they make, with a profound respect for nature through sustainable, organic, and biodynamic practices.

Our whiskey list includes nearly 400 selections of whiskeys, bourbons, and ryes. Similar to the wine list philosophy, the whiskey list is an eclectic curation of hidden gems.
