Jared Brown

Jared Brown is an experienced music professional currently serving as the Artistic Programs Manager for Pacific Symphony since August 2021. With a diverse background, Jared has held multiple roles within the organization, including Artistic Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Youth Orchestra Manager. Additionally, Jared functions as a Percussion Music Educator for various institutions since August 2010, and previously worked as an Operations Supervisor at UPS from July 2020 to August 2022. Jared's experience at Southern Oregon University includes roles such as Artistic Advisor and Festival Director for the Oregon Fringe Festival, as well as Adjunct Instructor of Music Theory and Music Producer. Earlier career highlights include serving as Assistant Music Librarian for KVNO and Contemporary Music Director at St. James United Methodist Church. Jared's academic credentials comprise a Master of Music Performance in Percussion from Southern Oregon University and a Bachelor of Music Performance in Percussion from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
