Pacifica Advisory helps Canadian companies enter Vietnam and ASEAN; and ASEAN companies establish a foothold in Canada, with confidence, speed, and significantly reduced risk.

We are a boutique trade and market entry advisory firm operating across the Canada–Indo-Pacific corridor. Our work is hands-on, commercially grounded, and built around one question: how do we help our clients move from intention to operating reality as efficiently as possible?

What we do:

→ Market entry strategy & feasibility: identifying the right structure, timeline, and go-to-market approach before capital is deployed
→ Partner identification & due diligence: sourcing and vetting distributors, JV partners, suppliers, and local agents
→ De-risking & supply chain advisory: navigating regulatory, operational, and counterparty risk in unfamiliar markets
→ Trade facilitation: leveraging CPTPP and bilateral trade programs to reduce friction and cost
→ Business development & introductions: opening doors and facilitating the right conversations at the right level

Why Pacifica Advisory:

Our founders and advisors brings 25+ years of experience in Canadian trade finance and export development, including senior roles at Export Development Canada and the Canadian-Vietnam Trade Council. We combine institutional-grade rigour with in-market knowledge and relationships that most advisory firms cannot replicate.

Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. The Canada–ASEAN relationship is deepening. The opportunity window is real, and so is the complexity. We help you navigate both.
