Weiling Chen

Weiling Chen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, compliance, and contract law across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for Privacy APAC & China at WSAudiology, Weiling has previously held significant roles such as Senior Privacy Counsel at ViSenze and Senior Legal Counsel at Exyte Asia-Pacific Holding Ltd. Responsibilities have included acting as sole counsel for start-ups, providing legal advice on EPC agreements, and overseeing documentation for major infrastructure projects. Weiling's earlier experiences involve advising on sports law at Sport Singapore, government contracts at the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, and general civil litigation at Tan, Oei & Oei LLC. Weiling holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore.
