Daniel Goudy

Daniel Goudy is a Transmission Operator at PacifiCorp, overseeing system conditions across three states since May 2022. Previously, Goudy worked at Bonneville Power Administration in the EIM role for seven months and served as a Senior Balancing Authority Specialist at Portland General Electric from June 2015 to October 2021, managing real-time operations involving generation, interchange, and load. Prior experience includes positions as an Energy Grid Operator at PacifiCorp, an IS+ Operator at NYISO, and an Operating Engineer at Kaiser Permanente, where maintenance of HVAC systems was performed. Goudy also gained operational experience at The Linde Group and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate ELT. Goudy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
