James Bolinger

James Bolinger has extensive experience in the power industry, currently serving as Managing Director for Wyodak and Dave Johnston Power Plants at PacifiCorp since February 2011. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Rocky Mountain Power from 2003 to 2011, including Manager of Technical Operations and Distribution Manager for Rock Springs, overseeing substation and electric distribution systems. Earlier experience includes serving as System Operator at TriState Generation and Transmission from 2000 to 2003 and as Senior System Operator at PacifiCorp from 1997 to 2000, where James managed transmission and distribution dispatch functions. Educational background includes studies at Portland Community College and Aloha High School.
