Lee Elder

Lee Elder is the Director of Pricing and Tariff Policy at PacifiCorp, where they oversee the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the pricing, cost of service, and tariff policy team. Their extensive experience includes previous roles as an Economist at both Cardno Entrix and the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where they conducted various economic analyses related to resource development and regulatory changes. Lee holds a Master's degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business from Tarleton State University.
