Mark Mattox

Mark Mattox is an experienced IT security professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Security Analyst 2 at PacifiCorp since November 2018, Mark has also been a Cyber Security Analyst at Mosaic451 since February 2016, where responsibilities include threat hunting and cybersecurity information analysis. As the owner of Freedom Computer Services, Mark has developed a specialized computer services company catering to the needs of professional offices and small businesses. Mark's prior roles include Technical Analyst 2 at PacifiCorp, Senior Client Advocate at Yahoo Small Business, and Store Manager at Radio Shack, among others. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Security from Western Governors University and has an extensive education in general studies from Mt. Hood Community College.
