Mark Stenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and administration within the energy and public sector. Since August 1999, Stenberg has served as Principal Project Manager at PacifiCorp, focusing on relicensing and the implementation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Hydropower licenses, as well as developing FERC Preliminary Permit Applications and environmental study plans for pumped storage hydropower projects. Prior to this role, Stenberg was a Program Manager at the Oregon State Parks Department from October 1989 to July 1999, managing a $12 million biennial budget for capital projects. Earlier experience includes working as a Landscape Architect at the Washington State Department of Transportation from September 1987 to September 1989, where Stenberg developed landscape plans for infrastructure projects. Stenberg holds an MBA from Willamette University and a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Washington State University.
