Matthew Betts

Matthew Betts is an environmental professional with extensive experience in ecological analysis and project coordination. Currently serving as an Associate Environmental Analyst at PacifiCorp since April 2022, Matthew previously held the role of Project Coordinator at E.T. Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included client coordination and the preparation of UST Closure Plans. Prior experience includes positions as an Ecologist at Stantec, conducting wetland delineations, and an Environmental Manager/Wetland Specialist at Pepg Engineering LLC, overseeing environmental assessments and permit applications. Earlier roles included Wildlife Technician at the Utah Department of Natural Resources, Hydrologic Technician at Wasatch-Cache National Forest, and an intern with the Soil Conservation Service of Iceland, contributing to various environmental data collection and analysis efforts throughout a diverse career spanning several decades.
