Ramon Mitchell

Ramon Mitchell possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Net Power Costs at PacifiCorp since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Manager of Net Power Costs within the same company. Prior to this, Ramon worked as a Bidding Strategist at Portland General Electric from October 2021 to May 2022 and held multiple roles at PacifiCorp from August 2015 to October 2021, including Energy Imbalance Market Program Manager and Net Power Cost Analyst. Earlier in the career, Ramon served as a Combat Engineer in both the Army National Guard and the US Army from 2010 to 2016. Educationally, Ramon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Reed College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Portland.
