Robert Eckenrod is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and utilities sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at PacifiCorp since August 2022, Eckenrod previously held significant positions including Vice President of Entity Engagement and Corporate Services as well as Vice President and General Counsel at ReliabilityFirst Corporation from January 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Eckenrod was Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel at PJM Interconnection from October 2008 to December 2018. Eckenrod's earlier career included roles as Prosecutor and Counsel to Commissioner at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission from 2000 to 2008, as well as legal experience as a Law Clerk at Gvozdich Law Offices from 1996 to 1999. Eckenrod holds a JD in Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and has additional education from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh. Eckenrod is currently pursuing further education at the University of Idaho.
