Stephen Richards

Stephen Richards is currently the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation at PacifiCorp, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Stephen served as Corporate Counsel for Litigation at Snap Finance and held various roles, including Partner at Kunzler Bean & Adamson, PC, and Associate at Hueston Hennigan LLP and Cooley LLP. Stephen began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the US District Court for the Central District of California and gained experience as a Certified Law Student at the Stanford Law School Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Stephen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University.
