Bethany Saint Clair

Bethany Saint Clair is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Currently serving as the Diversity Equity and Belonging Program Manager at PacificSource Health Plans, Bethany manages DEIB strategies and programs. As Co-Founder and Executive Board Member of Renaissance 21, innovative approaches are developed to empower changemakers in marginalized communities across the U.S. Previous roles include Global Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Programs at OpenText, where significant DEIB initiatives were established, and CTO/CIO at AccuHealth, where a patented health tech software was successfully implemented. A solid foundation in technical operations is rooted in roles at companies such as WorldGroup and Intel Corporation, complemented by a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
