Hannah Tacke

Hannah Tacke, MPH, currently serves as the Quality Incentive Measure Program Manager and Community Engagement Program Manager at PacificSource Health Plans since December 2019. Prior to this, a diverse range of roles included Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Specialist for the Central Oregon and Columbia Gorge Regions, Community Education Fitness Instructor at Linn-Benton Community College, and various internships in public health, risk management, and legislative roles at The Corvallis Clinic and with Representative Rayfield. Educationally, Hannah Tacke holds a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Management and Policy, complemented by a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship, both from Oregon State University.
