Holly Gardner has significant experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors, particularly within hearing health services. Currently, at PacificSource Health Plans since September 2017, Holly has served in various roles including Provider Services Representative, Appeals and Grievances Coordinator, and Commercial Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Holly held positions at the University of Oregon Foundation, Grant's Hearing Center, and Willoughby Hearing Aid Centers, Inc., where skills in client interaction and customer service were honed. Holly co-owned Ear to Ear Mobile Hearing Solutions, gaining entrepreneurial experience, and initially developed a foundation in the field as a Hearing Aid Specialist and Office Manager at Coast Hearing Services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2010.
