Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at PacificSource Health Plans since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading the organization in continuous improvement practices to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Prior experience includes roles such as IT/Business Process Improvement Consultant at Cook Consulting and Director of Information Technology at Oregon Medical Group, where Jeff directed IT strategy and telehealth transformations during the pandemic. Previous positions encompass Director of Performance Excellence at Bloodworks Northwest, where leadership focused on business process improvements, and multiple roles in IT management and development across various organizations, including Lane Council of Governments and the University of Oregon. Jeff holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Washington Tacoma, an M.S. in Information Systems from American University, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
