Katharine Ryan

Katharine Ryan is a highly experienced public health and policy professional currently serving as a Senior Community Quality Strategist at PacificSource Health Plans since July 2021, where previous roles included Community Quality Coordinator and Community Health Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as Program Services Coordinator at Lane County Government and Legislative Director for the Oregon Legislature, where significant accomplishments included managing legislative priorities and coalition-building around critical issues such as family leave and women's health. Katharine also held various leadership roles at ShelterCare and Food Lifeline, focusing on program development, fiscal management, and advocacy for anti-hunger initiatives. Strong background in research and public policy was established through earlier positions at the Center for Evidence-based Policy and the Oregon House of Representatives.
