Katie Arteaga

Katie Arteaga, CPM, is a Product Strategist at PacificSource Health Plans, where they develop and implement commercial insurance programs and innovative product strategies. They previously served as a Care Navigator Supervisor at Optum, overseeing a team responsible for care navigation in Washington State. Katie's career also includes various roles in customer service and health services at PacificSource, where they handled member support and training. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, building on their earlier education in Health Information Management.
