Kellie Shoemaker Devore

Kellie Shoemaker DeVore serves as the Director of Lane County CCO at PacificSource Health Plans since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Habitat for Humanity of Central Lane from June 2018 to June 2021, Vice President of Strategy and Business Initiatives at Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon from February 2015 to June 2018, and Director of both the 100% Access Coalition and Health at United Way of Lane County between December 2009 and January 2015. Additional positions held include Interim Executive Director at Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon in 2009, and Vice President of Public Affairs at Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon from 2001 to 2009. Earlier in the career, Kellie Shoemaker DeVore was Legislative Director at the Oregon Student Association from 1997 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration with a Nonprofit Management Certificate from the University of Oregon and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Linfield University.
