Kelsey Miller

Kelsey Miller is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at PacificSource Health Plans since May 2021. In this role, Kelsey manages Workday Learning, develops training programs, and analyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness. Previously, Kelsey held various positions at Western Alliance Bancorporation from September 2013 to December 2020, including Learning and Engagement Specialist, where responsibilities included managing LMS platforms, designing training content, and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
