Lindsey Hopper

Lindsey Hopper serves as the Executive Vice President of Lines of Business at PacificSource Health Plans, overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines, along with Government Procurement, Enterprise Strategy, and Community Health since July 2015. Previously, Lindsey held positions as Vice President of Medicaid Programs at CCO Oregon Issues Committee, Executive Director of the Central Oregon Health Council, and various leadership roles within the Colorado Society for Public Health Education. Lindsey's legal experience includes work as an attorney at Sherman & Howard and a law clerk at the Montana Supreme Court. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Montana State University-Bozeman.
