Mark Werner

Mark Werner, MD, CPE, FAAPL, is an accomplished medical executive with extensive leadership experience in healthcare governance and clinical transformation. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at INTEGRIS Health since July 2015, Mark collaborates with senior executives to set strategic goals and oversee operations within a multi-billion dollar health system. As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for PacificSource Health Plans since July 2017, Mark actively participates in governance and leadership initiatives. Previously, Mark held significant roles at Chartis, Fairview Health Services, and Carilion Clinic, where responsibilities included leading clinical consulting, strategic integration, and transformation efforts. Mark's educational background includes an MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and a BA in Biochemistry from Rice University.
