Melissa Shinney

Melissa Shinney is an experienced recruiter currently working with PacificSource Health Plans since July 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Senior Recruiter at Sourcepoint from July 2020 to July 2022 and as a Sales and Operations Recruiter at Wayfair from February 2019 to February 2020, where involvement included supporting hiring efforts for a new Sales & Service Center in Springfield, OR. Previously, Melissa worked at Enterprise Holdings for over thirteen years, holding various positions including Workforce Management Planner, Talent Acquisition Supervisor, and Team Manager. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Economics from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, completed in 2006, and graduated from Marist High School in 2001.
