Therese McIntyre

Therese Mcintyre is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health strategy and quality metrics. Currently serving as a Senior Quality & Risk Innovation Strategist and Population Health Strategist at PacificSource Health Plans since August 2019, Therese focuses on strategy development for quality metrics across Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare in Central Oregon and Washington. Prior to this role, Therese was a Population Health Manager at Mosaic Medical, where the establishment of a new population health program included patient outreach and education initiatives. Earlier in career, Therese spent twelve years as the Director of Communications and Legislative Affairs at HealthCare Access Maryland, advocating for vulnerable populations and securing substantial grant funding. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Oregon Health & Science University, a Project Management Certificate from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
