Tricia Wilder is the Senior Director of Medicaid Governance at PacificSource Community Solutions, where they oversee governance structures supporting $2 billion in Medicaid funding. They focus on health equity, optimizing care delivery systems, and fostering stakeholder collaboration for over 350,000 Medicaid members in Oregon. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, Tricia has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets and implemented innovative quality improvement initiatives. Previously, Tricia served as a Regional Manager at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette and has a background as a professional athlete with the USA National & World Cup Skeleton Team.
