Natalia Hailes

Natalia Hailes is a maternal health and FemTech professional with extensive experience in women’s health innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Partnerships at Pacify, Natalia collaborates with healthcare organizations to enhance access to virtual maternal and infant support. They have previously worked as a doula, childbirth educator, and community lead while co-founding All Bodies, an organization focused on wellness and reproductive health education. Additionally, Natalia is a co-author of "Why Did No One Tell Me This? The Doulas’ Honest Guide for Expectant Parents" (Running Press/Hachette, 2020). Natalia is pursuing various educational credentials in interpreting, health coaching, and literature.
