Thomas H. has extensive experience in account management and operations within the ticketing and entertainment industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager in External Services at Paciolan since October 2017, Thomas previously held the position of Account Manager and Call Center and Help Desk Operations Manager at RLH Corporation's TicketsWest from May 2012 to October 2017, overseeing operations for over 150 ticketing outlets across multiple states. Thomas also worked as the General Manager and Talent Buyer at the Orpheum Theater Flagstaff from June 2005 to December 2011, managing daily operations, fiscal responsibilities, and event promotions. Earlier in the career, Thomas served as a Concert Promoter and Talent Buyer for MMS Productions, Inc., coordinating live events throughout Montana. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Montana.
