THE PACK CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of processed paper and chemical products. The Company operates in three business segments. The Processed Paper Product segment manufactures, purchases and sells paper bags, folding cartons, corrugated board and corrugated boxes. The Chemical Product segment manufactures, purchases and sells plastic bags, tailored bags and others. The Others segment is engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of gift items, textile fabrics, price tags, calendars, as well as design creation and advertising items. The Company is also engaged in the provision of research, logistics and other services related to its business segments. As of December 31, 2014, the Company had seven subsidiaries.
