Frank has experience in operations management, sales, and technical troubleshooting in the mobile device industry. Before Gotham iPhone, Frank was the Director of Operations at Smartbulance.com, a mobile device services start-up based out of New York. Frank also served as a Manager/Lead Technician at Infiniti Communications where Frank oversaw day-to-day operations and managed a team of salespersons and technicians. With a background in digital communication and information technology, Frank has a strong foundation in troubleshooting and customer service.
