Matt Leech

Matt Leech has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt began their career in 2006 as an Engineering Assistant at Gannett Fleming, where they worked until 2008. In 2010, they took on a Marketing Intern role at Diamond Brand Gear Company before transitioning to a Graduate Assistant/Teaching Assistant position at Western Carolina University later that year. Leech returned to Diamond Brand Gear Company in 2011 as a Buying Manager, where they stayed until 2015.

Starting in 2015, Leech joined United By Blue, initially as a Sales Manager and later as a Sales Director. In 2019, they assumed the role of Senior Director - Wholesale. Matt continued to work at United By Blue until 2022, when they joined Package Free as a Senior Director - Wholesale. In the same year, they also joined Ivory Ella in the same role. Currently, Leech holds these positions at Package Free and Ivory Ella, while also serving as the Senior Director - Wholesale at United By Blue.

Matt Leech attended Penn State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science. Following this, they pursued higher education at Western Carolina University from 2009 to 2011, completing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business.
