Packaged Organics delivers end-to-end surplus management rooted in circular economy principles. We focus on two core areas: food by-product conversion and upcycling.

Our Organics Division revolutionises food manufacturing and recycling management by converting 100% of what is suitable of food by-products into sustainable, edible surplus — using innovative tech and robust processes.

By harnessing pioneering bio-conversion methods like anaerobic digestion (AD) and Black Soldier Fly (BSF) farming, we turn food surplus into high-value, carbon-neutral resources. This reduces emissions, cuts waste, and boosts the environmental and social impact of our partners.

We provide a fully managed service—from collection and transport to conversion—optimising food surplus in the most efficient and eco-friendly way possible. With deep expertise and strong partnerships across the UK and beyond, we help brands exceed their sustainability goals through innovative solutions.
