Ryan Ott is a seasoned packaging professional with over a decade of experience in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Packaging Compliance Labs since June 2016, Ryan has held multiple roles including Sr. Director of Quality and Principal Packaging Engineer, emphasizing quality and efficiency in medical packaging design and validation. Prior experience includes positions as Packaging Engineer II and intern at Vention Medical, where Ryan validated packaging machinery and contributed to new product development. Additional experience encompasses a Global Packaging intern role at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics and an Account Manager position at Big L Corp. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University, complemented by previous education at Lansing Community College and Boyne City High School.
