Brandon Egan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Packaging Exchange since February 2023. Prior to this role, Brandon held the position of President at Roar Equity LLC from September 2021 to February 2023. Brandon's extensive experience at Victory Packaging spanned from June 2013 to June 2021, where responsibilities included Executive VP of US Operations and Supply Chain, as well as Executive VP of Strategy & Operations and Regional Vice President of Operations. During tenure at Victory Packaging, Brandon was instrumental in overseeing operations across the US and Canada, managing significant revenue streams, and establishing a Central Sourcing organization. Brandon's career began with the role of General Manager at the Dayton, NJ Distribution Center. Brandon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce & Economics from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce.
