Adele Moynihan is an experienced leader in market expansion and venture capital. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Market Expansion at Hola since August 2025, Adele focuses on expanding the company’s product verticals and international markets. Prior roles include leading Bupa Ventures, an early-stage investment arm, where Adele secured Board approval for the fund and managed four successful investments. As an Associate Partner at Antler, Adele was involved in all functions of the VC fund and contributed to over 120 early-stage investments. Additionally, experience at Startmate includes coaching founders and tech enthusiasts, while previous roles encompass venture operations at BCG Digital Ventures and talent management at SafetyCulture. Adele holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Television Journalism and a Bachelor of Laws from Nottingham Trent University.
