Bobby Thompson

Bobby Thompson has been in the workforce since 2009. Bobby began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee, where they sold protection coverages, prepaid fuel, and vehicle upgrades, as well as providing prompt and courteous customer service. Bobby then moved up to Management Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager, where they marketed to body shops and dealerships to maintain and create new relationships, handled monthly accounts receivable lists, created monthly sales goals, and followed up with employees with bi-monthly reviews. In 2016, Bobby began working at XSport Fitness as Assistant General Manager, where they prospected externally to create qualified leads and convert those leads into new members, trained new employees on various sales presentations, and worked side by side with the operations department to help each division of the fitness club reach their sales quota. In 2018, Bobby moved to Yelp as Sales Manager and Account Executive. Most recently, in 2021, Bobby began working at Packback as Sales Manager II.

Bobby Thompson obtained their High School Diploma from Whitney M. Young Magnet High School in 2005. Bobby then attended the University of Miami, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies in 2009. In 2017, they attended Illinois Media School, but did not obtain a degree. In 2020, Bobby obtained three certifications from Yelp: Vertical Certification: Home Services, Yelp Product Certification, and Yelp Vertical Certification: Health & Medical.
