David Cecchi

David Cecchi has worked in the restaurant industry since 2004, starting as an "Everything" at Restaurateur. Over the next 13 years, they gained experience in all areas of the restaurant, from server to bartender to manager. This ultimately led him to their role as General Manager at Bien Trucha Inc. in 2017, where they were responsible for restaurant operations, including hiring and firing staff, purchasing food and supplies, dealing with suppliers and vendors, overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, scheduling staff, and dealing with legal and regulatory issues. In 2020, they moved into the role of Account Executive at both Aramark and Toast, Inc. David is currently a Strategy Consultant at Packback, a role they have held since 2022.

David Cecchi obtained an Associate's degree in Business from the College of DuPage in 2014. David also holds a Video for Sales Certification from Vidyard, which they obtained in August of 2022.
