Hailey Ledin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hailey began their career as a Marketing Communications Intern at Pocket Points, Inc. in 2017, where they conducted market research and facilitated partnerships with local businesses. Following this, Hailey worked as a Waitress at Firehaus, where they excelled as one of the top servers and trained new hires. Hailey then joined La Principal as a Waitress, where they demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and actively participated in community outreach events. In 2019, Hailey interned at Acquirent, where they re-qualified accounts, generated new business leads, and successfully moved leads through the sales pipeline. Most recently, Hailey worked as a Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment, where they provided IT staffing solutions and showcased their consultative approach in the recruitment process. Hailey's professional journey is ongoing, as they are currently serving as a Strategy Consultant at Packback.
