Kelsey Behringer has held a variety of roles in the education and customer success sectors. Kelsey began their career in 2014 as a Teacher for Indianapolis Public Schools, and also served as a Teaching Fellow for TNTP Teaching Fellows. In 2016, Kelsey became a Science Teacher for Noble Network of Charter Schools. In 2017, they began working for Packback, first as a Customer Experience Manager, then as a Customer Success Team Manager, Director of Customer Success, Vice President of Customer Success, and finally as Chief Operating Officer.
Kelsey Behringer earned their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013. Kelsey then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Marian University Indianapolis in 2016.
