Kate Cooley

Kate Cooley has had a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kate started their career as a Teaching Artist at Vestavia Hills High School in 2012. Kate then joined the Children's Dance Foundation as a Specialty Dance Teacher and later became a Camp Manager. In 2014, they joined Thodos Dance Chicago as an Education and Outreach Associate, and later became the Education, Outreach, and Operations Manager. Kate then served as the Managing Director at Thodos Dance Chicago until 2018. After that, Kate worked at Renegade Craft as an Operations Manager and later as a Strategic Operations Manager. Their most recent role was with Packed with Purpose, where they worked as a Seasonal Business Development Associate and currently serves as an Operations and Sales Support Associate.

Kate Cooley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Traditional Irish Music and Dance from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management at Columbia College Chicago from 2013 to 2015.
