David Bixel

David Bixel has worked in the business development field since 2009. David started as a Business Development Manager at Bell Standard, Inc. in 2009, then moved on to become the Head of Business Development at Mobafun, LLC in 2012. In 2018, they joined PacketStream as VP of Business Development, where they help clients access the largest opt-in residential IP marketplace for a fraction of the price.

David Bixel attended Stanford University from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
