Chinmay Vasavada

Chinmay Vasavada began their career in 2007 as a Senior Executive in HR at Sapat International Pvt. Ltd. Chinmay then joined VVF Group as an Assistant Manager in HR from September 2010 to August 2011. In 2011, they joined Unilever as a Human Resources Business Partner and held various roles within the company, including Global Human Resources Business Partner and Integration & Change Management. Chinmay'smost recent role at Unilever was as an HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain Nutrition Business. Currently, they are employed at Packfora LLP as the Head of People & Culture.

Chinmay Vasavada holds an MBA degree in HR from the Department of Business Administration at Bhavnagar University, completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc degree in Paints & Varnishes from the Institute of Science & Technology for Advanced Studies & Research (ISTAR) Vallabh Vidyanagar, from 2002 to 2004. Chinmay'sundergraduate education includes a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Chemistry from NV Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, Vallabh Vidyanagar, completed from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including "Coaching New Hires", "Change Leadership", "Change Management Tips for Leaders", and "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" from LinkedIn.
