Matt Truman is an experienced engineer specializing in mechanical and industrial applications. Currently serving as an Industrial Applications Design Engineer at Electro Static Technology, Matt collaborates with field sales to enhance growth and provide engineering solutions. Previously, as a Mechanical Design Engineer at PackGen, Matt focused on product design and development using 3D CAD tools. At Valmet, Matt was the lead mechanical design engineer on multiple high-value projects, utilizing Solidworks and Catia V5 for 3D modeling and ANSYS FEA for structural analysis. Earlier in Matt's career at SPX Communication Technology, contributions included the design of a leading wireless antenna and advancements in the FM antenna product line, along with effective project management of significant TV antenna projects. Matt holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
