Tracy O'Connell

Tracy O'Connell has over 28 years of experience in accounting and finance. Tracy began their career in 1992 as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they were responsible for managing multiple financial audit engagements. In 1995, they joined RXI Holdings Inc. as Assistant Corporate Controller, where they were responsible for daily cash analysis, coordination of subsidiary location reporting requirements, and preparation of monthly financial information. In 2013, they joined Antropy Inc. as Operations Assistant, where they were responsible for optimizing and implementing the company's financial systems and processes. In 2017, they joined Weiss Accountancy Corporation as Senior Manager, where they assisted in growing the firm's audit practice, trained and developed staff, and provided business valuation services. In 2019, they joined Sugar23 as Controller. Currently, they are the Director of Finance & Accounting at PackIt, where they began in 2022.

Tracy O'Connell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University between 1988 and 1992. In 1995, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the CA State Board of Accountancy. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification from NACVA.
