Dipali Chittar

Dipali Chittar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dipali started their career as a Technical Editor at Wrox India Private Limited, where they played a crucial role in editing and ensuring the quality of published technical books and articles. Dipali then joined Peer Technical Services Private Limited as a Technical Editor, providing support and input for technical documentation.

After that, Dipali worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at Blow Plast Ergonomics Limited, where they managed digital platform content and communication for the BP Ergo brand. Dipali also collaborated with internal teams and the advertising agency to implement brand strategies and launch new products.

Dipali then joined Packt, initially as an Editorial Manager, where they established and developed editorial and production operations teams. Dipali successfully managed editorial resources and projects to meet monthly title output. Later on, they became the General Manager and Director, responsible for setting up various teams and roles in different departments, including Editorial, Production, Marketing, IT, Facilities, and HR. Dipali also managed the end-to-end human resources department in Mumbai.

In 2022, Dipali joined Oleo International as a Human Resources Consultant, using their expertise to provide consulting services in the field of HR.

Throughout their career, Dipali has demonstrated their ability to manage and implement new programs and procedures, revitalize departments, and effectively address organizational changes and their impact on employee attraction, motivation, development, and retention.

Dipali Chittar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from ICFAI University. Dipali also has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dipali has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
