Neha Deo

Neha Deo is a Quality Engineer at Packt since January 2022, bringing expertise in conducting research, maintaining server information, managing escalation cases, and supervising operations using the Nagios tool for server management. Prior to this role, Neha served as a Project Engineer at Wipro from December 2009 to January 2011, where responsibilities included handling escalations and presenting metadata to host groups. Neha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from GH Raisoni Engineering College, completed in 2008.
