People Don’t Change; Behaviour Does!

It’s not who you or your team are that determines success; it’s how you behave, and Packtypes shows individuals and teams the best way to behave in multiple different roles, situations and relationships, whilst remaining true to their authentic self.

Putting measurable behaviour change on your boardroom agenda:

Packtypes Tracker uses both Packtypes and Packtypes Digital to improve and track team behaviour and organisational culture. Get the hard facts you need to quickly identify and address team and organisational behavioural trends. Maximise the potential of your people, without increasing your leadership workload.

✅ Define - Packtypes Healthcheck: Agree the success behaviours you want to see by team, division, grade or organisation wide.

✅ Develop - Packtypes Continuous Human Improvement: Equip and support people to perform, work well together, drive their own personal development and improve individual and team performance.

✅ Detect - Packtypes Tracker: Compare desired and actual behaviours. Find out which behaviours are over demonstrated, and which are underdelivered on. Track behaviour by team, behaviour type, and quarter. Use behavioural evidence to fuel incremental improvement and ‘supernormal performance’. Reassess and reset desired behaviours to drive future growth.

What Gets Measured Gets Done

Packtypes is probably the only system in the world that equips leaders to accurately define, develop, track and ultimately master agreed ‘Growth Behaviours’.

✅ Instigate Packtypes Healthcheck to recognise and agree exiting and desirable team behaviours. Measure Team Cohesion, Alignment and Variance plus Psychological Safety / Fast Growth Balance.
✅ Implement Packtypes right across your organisation enabling unlimited, regular feedback, turning performance improvement into a standard, everyday occurrence.
✅ Use Packtypes Tracker to track desired behaviours, by team, division or across your whole organisation.
