Tyler Sakima

Tyler Sakima has a diverse background in mechanical engineering. Tyler began their professional career as a Research Intern at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2016. Since then, they have gained experience through various internships at companies such as AECOM, Norman Filter Company, Navatek LLC, and Martin Defense Group. These internships have given him exposure to different aspects of mechanical engineering. Currently, Tyler works as a Mechanical Engineer I at PacMar Technologies.

Tyler Sakima attended Mid-Pacific from 2013 to 2017 and earned an IB Diploma. Following this, they pursued higher education at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business in 2021. Additionally, they also completed a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the same institute during the same period.
