Leon Derks

Leon Derks has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical technology industry. Leon is currently working as a Technical Product Manager at Pacmed since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Segment Expert Care and Product Manager Healthcare at Ascom (Nederland) B.V. from October 2019 to January 2023.

Before joining Ascom, Leon worked at Evalan as a Product Manager Healthcare from November 2017 to September 2019, and as a Development Engineer from March 2016 to October 2017. Leon also has experience as a Product Developer at Spierings Medische Techniek BV from September 2013 to February 2016.

Leon started their career as an Afstudeerder at Leiden University Medical Center in 2012 and worked as a Student Assistant at TU Delft from 2009 to 2012.

Leon Derks obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, starting in 2006 and completing in 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in BioMedical Engineering at TU Delft, which they began in 2010 and finished in 2012.
