PACT Charter School is a tuition-free public charter school in Ramsey, Minnesota, serving students in grades K–12 since 1994. Our name reflects our purpose: Pursuing Academics and Character Together. That word — together — is central to who we are. PACT was founded on a true partnership among parents, students, and staff, and that shared commitment shapes everything from the classroom to the community.

Our mission is to develop students of character and academic excellence. We pair a rigorous academic program with an intentional focus on character development, preparing students not only for the next grade or for graduation, but for life as thoughtful, capable, and principled people.

As a public charter school, PACT offers families an option grounded in high expectations, strong relationships, and a genuine sense of belonging. Our students are proud to be Panthers, and our staff is proud to do meaningful work in a place where parents are true partners.
